Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough trademark clearance searches and oversee prosecution processes.
• Manage the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
• Handle commercial and transactional aspects related to intellectual property.
• Perform due diligence investigations to support informed decision-making.
• Engage in IP litigation to resolve disputes effectively.
• Address issues related to counterfeit goods.
• Manage domain name disputes to ensure comprehensive protection.

Education and experience:

• LLB degree.
• Must be an admitted Attorney.
• At least 3 - 6 years of in-depth IP experience gained within an IP team at a law firm.
• Intellectual Property certification would advantageous (Trademarks - Litigation and Registrations).
• Experience in all aspects of intellectual property, patents, domains, trademark prosecution and litigation.

Salary: Market Related
