Tasks And Responsibilities To Expect In The Role
- Late shift transport administration
- Liaise with the IDM Group Team Leader transport representatives.
- Be the point of contact for the IDM Group with the transport service provider
- Facilitate all late shift transport administration schedules, adding new joiners; terminations
- Capture transport deductions and send to payroll monthly.
- Minimum qualification Matric
- 6 months experience in the administration environment beneficial
- Minimum 1 years experience in the IDM Group
- Experience in coordinating tasks, schedules, and activities
- Experience working on Outlook, MS Teams, Excel and compiling reports
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A superior customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure i.e. manage priorities and expectations
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and ability to use initiative
- The ability to communicate effectively and confidently with employees, colleagues and management
- Organised with systematic approach to work
- Effective People administration skills
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
