Tasks
- Lead the design and user experience of our products and services, ensuring that they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our customers
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that design and user experience requirements are met
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and apply them to our products and services.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that design and user experience requirements are met.
- Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable design improvements and new product features that enhance user satisfaction and address pain points.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that design and user experience requirements, derived from customer feedback, are effectively integrated into the product development process.
- Startup Thriver You are a self-starter with a minimum of 2 3 years of design experience in a tech company (Fin-tech Industry an advantage), with a strong portfolio of digital designs.

- Tools knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience using Figma, adobe photoshop, and Webflow
