Role Headline
This position is ideal for a self-starter ready to take on multiple tasks and support the DI Department in South Africa. We are looking for a young dynamic individual who is ready to take on the challenge at one of the worlds leading technologies companies.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Capturing of Sales orders and Purchase orders into SPIRIDON within 24hrs and send order confirmations of these orders to the relevant customers.
- Managing of ex stock and direct deliveries according to the respective customer and BU's requirements (Y0M1 &Y0M3)
- Manage workflow messages daily, expedite PO's on OMS
- Expedite Customer orders weekly and update Spiridon accordingly.
- Release customer backlog at least 2x per week and manage open sales orders weekly.
- Creation of adhoc quotations within 24 hours
- Timeous follow-up on created quotations with customer.
- Increase Industry Mall awareness and promote automated orders.
- Completed B. Com Degree in Accounting.
- Little/No work Experience
