Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services.
- Help maintain vendor relationships and communicate with suppliers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
- Assist in analyzing procurement data and reporting on key metrics.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Assist with issue of coffee tags, Stationery and refreshments
- Assist with creating stock codes
- National Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management/ related qualification.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn about procurement practices.
