Job Purpose
The Intern Administrator supports the Africa Distribution Markets (ADM) marketing and sales teams by providing administrative support while following our internal intern graduate programme. The programme is designed to integrate your theorical knowledge with on-the-job application and experience, providing valued workplace experience in commercial teams.
Job Requirements
Your main areas of responsibility will include the following:
- Forecasting co-ordination, tracking and administration between distributors and internal teams
- Database maintenance
- Product registrations and catalogue updates
- Report administration and coordination
- Sharepoint administration and maintenance
- Bot maintenance and administration
- Bot data collection
- General administration (e.g purchase orders, tracking, follow up)
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
- Graduate Intern Programme completion to standard
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in business administration, finance, or marketing essential
- MS Excel essential
- Proficient in Microsoft office with a minimum of intermediate Excel
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Able to prioritise and self-manage deliverables
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good level of organization and detail-orientation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
