Requirements
Educational
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Tertiary qualifications preferred, with a focus on sales training or a related field being a strong asset.
- Previous experience within the Namibia technology industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving internal roadblocks.
- A keen understanding of internal sales operations and best practices is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy when generating reports, tracking KPIs, and managing backorders and open quotes.
- You are highly adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and productivity.
- You demonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge, inventory management, and sales processes, which supports your ability to drive business success.
- You are highly organised, which allows you to effectively manage partner accounts, backorders, and open quotes, contributing to a smooth sales process.
Channel Partner Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners allocated to your rep code.
- Address partner needs and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the Namibia sales team and departments such as Product, Logistics, and Finance.
- Ensure timely execution of sales quotes and orders by managing service levels and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes for increased efficiency within the Namibia sales team.
- Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor internal account management strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Drive sales success by managing pipeline, backorders, and open quotes diligently and accurately.
