- Professionally and efficiently manage customer telephonic and email engagement with a view to maximizing customer satisfaction.
- To support all other team members and their associated database of clients (telephonic, order placing, quoting, delivery, POD's, queries, payments etc.)
- Working closely with external sales, product managers and BDMs, debtors, logistics to resolve matters and communicate about prospective deals.
- Update tracking documents to ensure customer detail accuracy and allow proactive marketing.
- Drive sales to meet team monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit targets.
- Manage the sourcing and delivery of products to the customer providing daily updates to customers.
- Follow up on outbound marketing campaigns.
- Ensure customer awareness of incentives through telephonic and electronic engagement.
- Deal with and efficiently direct all internal and customer related queries.
- Back order follow up and executing of queries including offering alternative in-stock items.
- Develop, understand and engage in process, procedures and back office management.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Achieve allocated targets.
- Matric/Grade 12 with exemption (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain and inventory management within the IT Industry (essential)
- Sales and or Marketing Qualification (optional)
