Role Purpose
IG Group is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to work in the Global Internal Audit team. It is a great opportunity to build a career in one of the UK's most successful Fin Techs. As a manager, you will work alongside the UK based Internal Audit Team which assesses the risk management framework of the business and provides assurance and insight. It is essential that you who have a good grounding in finance, economics or maths and an interest in financial markets. This role is ideal for a Senior Associate with strong interpersonal skills seeking work in a fast-paced, challenging and team-focused environment.

What Will You Do
Internal Audit plays a key role in assisting the Board and Executive Management protect the assets, reputation and sustainability of the organization. Internal Audit covers the whole business and tasks will vary according to the requirements of the Annual Internal Audit Plan. You will be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of results from the assurance work performed across a wide variety of business activities.

The following is required to be a successful applicant you must have:
- 3 - 5 years Post Qualified Experience in Internal Audit;
- Knowledge of Internal Audit/Risk Management/Compliance functions;
- Analytical approach to problem solving and a willingness to be decisive;
- Fluency in written English is an essential requirement;
- An ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
- A considered, diplomatic approach with excellent relationship and communication skills with their team, line manager, across the business and with external parties;
- Be able to voices sensible and well thought through opinions and contributes towards department discussions and decisions;
- Self-motivated team player who is diligent, organised, flexible, open to change and has an attention to detail.
