WHAT YOULL BE DOING
As well as being the face of Foundever and the first point of contact for prospective candidates, you will be responsible for managing the day to day recruitment activities, screening and interviewing candidates then booking people in for onsite assessments and interviews.
As well as multitasking, problem solving, you will also need to be able to arrange and manage schedules to ensure candidates are contacted when arranged and onsite activities run effectively and smoothly. Managing emergencies in a timely and effective manner whilst streamlining the usual operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screen and interview candidates both over the telephone and face to face onsite
- Assist in running recruitment activities, including individual interviews and group assessments
- Develop job descriptions, advertise, short list and oversee assessment exercises and interview campaigns in conjunction with the Recruiting Manager
- Research & Recommendation of alternative in-house recruitment strategies to maximise the candidate pool
- Support the continued development of Foundevers induction processes and ensure new starters across the site are fully on-boarded
- Produce statistical and management information
- ATS administration
Previous experience in a recruiter role with experience in delivering excellent candidate experience is essential. You will have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone. Youre approachable and organised and have the ability to build strong relationships with our candidates. Dedicated and efficient with an ability to handle a varied workload.

KEY POINTS
Salary: 18, 000 20, 000 ZAR per month (dependent on experience)

Contract Duration: Permanent
You must be educated to minimum Grade 12 and have a clear criminal and credit background to be considered for this role.
