Job Purpose

Assist the HR team with the recruitment needs for all divisions and subsidiaries.

Advertise, source and shortlist candidates for consideration.

Implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the relevant stakeholders on vacant positions
  • Create and post vacancies onto the intranet and other talent pool services
  • Source suitable candidates for vacant positions
  • Screen & shortlist applications based on the minimum requirements
  • Liaise with stakeholder and schedule interviews
  • Conduct all the relevant background checks (telephonic reference, criminal, credit, qualification)
  • Provide regular feedback to the HR team and relevant manager
  • Maintain all recruitment records
Minimum Requirements
  • 3-5 years recruitment experience in technical & management positions
  • Experience in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Pnet & other recruitment portals
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/Industrial Psychology
