Job Purpose
Assist the HR team with the recruitment needs for all divisions and subsidiaries.
Advertise, source and shortlist candidates for consideration.
Implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders on vacant positions
- Create and post vacancies onto the intranet and other talent pool services
- Source suitable candidates for vacant positions
- Screen & shortlist applications based on the minimum requirements
- Liaise with stakeholder and schedule interviews
- Conduct all the relevant background checks (telephonic reference, criminal, credit, qualification)
- Provide regular feedback to the HR team and relevant manager
- Maintain all recruitment records
- 3-5 years recruitment experience in technical & management positions
- Experience in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Pnet & other recruitment portals
- Good negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/Industrial Psychology
