A small company in the FMCG (Plastic industry) requires an Internal Sales/Admin (lady or man).
CHARACTERISTICS:
Candidate must be able to work in a team and get along with others. (You will be working in an open area office with two other Sales Ladies.)
Well organised.
Knowledge in the plastic industry will be beneficial.

DUTIES:
Excellent customer service
Handling of sales enquiries (Telephonic, walk in customers and emails)
Responding to all enquiries promptly
Quotations
Invoicing via pastel
Ordering of stock
Upkeep of warehouse cleanliness and stock levels
Dealing with driver (arranging delivery of orders and collections).
Packing of stock for orders to go out
Must be competent in Excel, Microsoft outlook and Pastel
Source new business
PACKAGE & REMUNERATION:
R8,500.00 per month
