Gross Salary: R16, 000.00 R18, 000.00 per month

Statutory Deductions: Yes

Leave: 15 days annual leave, approximately 8 days during compulsory shutdown in December

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 ( IN OFFICE )

Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to fill the role of Internal Sales and Office Administrator. This position combines sales support responsibilities with general office administration tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with internal sales processes, providing administrative support to various departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of office procedures.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Worked in a Large Format Printing industry
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Previous experience in sales support or office administration is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and sales requests.
  • Generate quotations and process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, updating customer records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Process point-of-sale transactions and handle cash transactions at the counter.
  • Manage online orders through the company website, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
