- Pricing, Stock holding, deliveries lead times, claims, returns, queries, MOVs, MOQs, rounding profile
Support Sales Manager, Key Accounts, Reps, Operations Manager & DebtorsContinuous Customer Relationship Management and Service by Email & PhoneProcessing and managing of quotesProcessing of Sale Orders timeously (Data capturing)Process and manage Claims and Returns (RMA)Arranging Logistics by co-ordinating with the Operations Manager and Logistics ProviderDriving Telephonic SalesDriving Sales promotionMonitoring customer portals daily for new orders, claims and stockBack-order maintenance and stock updates by liaising with customerEnsure stock corresponds with the ranging documentEnsure orders correspond with minimum order value guidelinesEnsure invoices are not issued for out-of-stock productsCapture all unavailable or out of stock items and report to managementSales Tracking vs Budget and Goals and report to managementManaging customer queries timeouslySupport Finance organisationEnsure customers receive invoices via email on request by customerManage key operational reports and ascertain compliance with established key performance indicatorsMaintain customer master files and ensure sales records up to date in compliance with BLY record retention policyTrack order delivers and rejectionsArrange Schedule order extensions with the operations managerCreate invoices with accuracy and completenessCreate other customer facing documents with accuracy and completenessManagement of all approved product samplesAssist in administration of physical stock takesCompile export documentation and ensure compliance with Domestic and International Trade Compliance rules and regulationsCommunicate with sales managers/reps and/or directly with the relevant customer department buyers to prioritise certain orders and to plan opening orders for new stores or to assist with delivery date extensionsAssist with general office management
