- Full In-House Training:
- The training department is a dynamic team who provides training in a fun and interactive way.
- The training program takes place over a 12 week period, during which each trainee is equipped to perform their job requirements successfully.

- Excellent Working Hours:
- Monday Thursday: 08:30-16:30 (During 12 week training period)
- Monday Thursday: 08:30-16:00 (Permanent Staff Members)
- Friday: 08:30-15:30 (Training and Permanent Staff Members)
- Travel Subsidy:
- During the trainees probationary period (week 12), you will receive 100% contribution towards the travelling costs of the Gautrain. (This includes bus fare and parking costs)
- Upon being offered a permanent position, you will continue to receive 50% contribution towards the Gautrain travelling costs. (bus fare and parking costs as well)

- Regulatory Examination: (Insurance Sales Division Only)
