Duties and Responsibilities:
- Improve vehicle turnaround times and scheduling, address quality issues, and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure accurate stock capturing on SAP, maintain quality standards, and flag non-compliance.
- Enhance stock accuracy through perpetual counts, monthly audits, and adjustments.
- Lead batch refills, implement FIFO processes, reduces stock risks, and resolves discrepancies.
- Oversee WMS and improve stock rotation, reducing out-of-stock scenarios.
- Mentor and train inventory staff, manage recruitment, and conduct regular meetings with the team.
- Report on stock variances and reduce write-offs.
- Ensure Migo compliance and oversee APDP processes.
- Maintain stock accuracy to enhance customer service and collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs.
- Drive initiatives for better stock management, receiving, and inventory processes.
- Uphold values of honesty, respect, teamwork, accountability, and commitment.
Degree or Tertiary Diploma in Warehousing and Logistics
