What will you do?
The role is responsible to increase the number of clients, number of investment accounts and assets under management, in a range of products & portfolios catering for various investment needs, by providing excellent service, and doing so as efficiently as possible while managing risk.
Key Outcome
Daily Business Checking and Authorizing (LISP and Offshore)
- Responsible for loading, checking and authorizing exception transactions on a daily basis
- Responsible for sending instruction files to the market
- Accountable for signing all daily business checks, controls, and checklists compiled
- Responsible for sourcing prices on daily basis
- Responsible for performing a parallel price check as well as 2nd check of all prices before upload is completed
- Accountable for uploading the prices into the system as per pricing procedure
- Responsible for checking the Currency Exchange Rates on daily basis
- Responsible for checking documents saved on CRM and loading asset swap on an Excel Macro
- Responsible for saving confirmations on the server and emailing confirmation of asset swaps
- Responsible for responding to queries on asset swaps allocated
- Responsible for monitoring mailbox and assigning new asset swaps to team
- Responsible for sourcing distributions monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually- LISP
- Responsible for uploading the distributions into line-of-business system- LISP
- Responsible for performing distributions checks and reconciliations as per internal procedures- LISP
- Responsible for ensuring that distributions are loaded accurately Global Platform- Offshore
- Responsible for reconciling transactions against transacted in the market as confirmed by Investment Managers
- Responsible for identifying differences picked up from the recons performed and resolving them
- Perform calculations of profit and losses on correction transactions performed in the team
- Responsible for Assets vs. Liabilities (AvL) Reporting & Special Projects
- Ensure that the monthly AvL Report and IS Report (incl KI Report) are prepared and ensuring that the reports are delivered within SLA
- Responsible and accountable to executing allocated projects
- Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification advantageous
- 4 years LISP administration experience

Qualification And Experience
Grade 12 or Diploma with 3 to 4 years related experience.
