Investment Co-ordinator

Purpose: The Investment Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in our investment operations on Unilever. Working closely with the Investment Director, he/she will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining key processes, ensuring smooth communication flow, and maintaining meticulous records.

Investment Coordination:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive spend and savings trackers for all Unilever activities ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Schedule, coordinate, and actively participate in regular check-in meetings to review investment performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
• Act as the central point of contact for all investment-related information ensuring stakeholders have access to the latest data and insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in investment coordination.
• Collate and compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual local, regional and global reports for South Africa, and coordinate timeous delivery of ROA markets for Unilever

Financial & Statutory Documentation:

• Collate, organise, and maintain accurate records of all financial and statutory documentation related to Unilever investment.
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with internal policies and external regulations, providing support during audits as required.
• Generate regular reports and analysis providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and other data management tools to track, analyse, and report on financial information.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and concepts related to media and investment.
• Prior experience in a media agency environment, preferably with exposure to investment operations
