- Maintenance and support of all primary and secondary systems utilised within Astral Poultry Division.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of all system analysts and ensure that service levels within the business are maintained.
- Consulting with business users on required systems modifications as well as assisting with scoping of changes for outside vendors to quote on.
- Providing second-level support to all system analysts before calls are escalated to vendors.
- Testing of all system and or integration changes, prior to implementation into the production environment.
- Minimum BCOM or BSC Qualification.
- 5 years experience in a system support environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
- Exposure to Infor LN and Marel Innova will be an advantage.
- The individual should be able to do standby and work under pressure.
- Have a valid code 8/EB drivers license as well as reliable transport.
