I've got 13 years experience working as a call center agent.I was working for Telkom SA & reason for leaving it was Retrenchment. Institution Courses that I've attended were OMS & Clarify 10/12, Intro to Unibase, Introduction to CBS Technical, Billing Admiration, Fault reporting, Clarify System,DSL upgrade and Downgrade,Customer service and Dealer Web Training. My duties was order processing on OMS and installation follow up.Handle new accounts, ADSL activations,Provide support to customers.ADSL support errors, Check faulty lines IRTMS.Dispatch Technicians on Advantax.Handling queries on faxes,inbound call and outbound calls.

I am currently coming from self employment looking for a job back into IT - Disaster Recovery related opportunities. I always work to maximise my potential in everything i do. I have grown from an entry level Operations Analyst to a Solutions Architect specifically responsible for Disaster Recovery Services. In my past 15 IT years experience, i have more than 5 years Disaster Recovery experience and a total of 15 years IT experience. My previous job was at the South African Post office as an Infrastructure Solutions Specialist for 3 years, looking specifically at Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions. Prior to working for the Post Office, i was a Solutions Architect at T-systems, responsible for DR Services. Before pursuing a Solutions Architect Position at T-Systems, i was a Disaster Recovery Specialist at T-systems and Arivia-kom.
