A leading Office automation and Telecommunications company is offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be hired for personality as the position available requires the person to have very good communication abilities coupled with a passion to communicate with clients and suppliers.
We are looking for an individual that has both a good sales and technical foundation.
The successful candidate will be required to fulfil a variety of functions that will include, but not limited to:
- Interaction between the company and external customers
- Oversee the complete process regarding the ordering and provisioning of different connectivity mediums
- Perform a variety of administrative functions including updating of customer records on internal CRM systems
- BE able to communicate and coordinate the daily technical operations of the company
- Be the go-between person on behalf of Management and external customers
- Be able to function in a pressured environment.
