Mid Level - Senior Lever IT Engineer is needed.
Job responsibilities:
- Administration of Yolo RMM/PSA tools & associated internal systems management
- Technical admin
- Supplier liaison
- Client liaison, internal account department liaison, customer call qualifying, remote & onsite technical support including workstations, servers, networking, Microsoft software platforms – on premise & cloud
- FortiGate Firewall management & admin
- Hosted PABX & telephony management
- Customer user & infrastructure monthly auditing for accurate billing administration for Yolo Telecoms SLA clients
- This includes all administrative tasks pertinent to support and maintenance and the management of your own tasks to completion
- The position also includes cross departmental assistance to your colleagues in their tasks.
