- Demonstrated ability to keep an IT team and the broader organization aligned and moving towards their objectives.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation for IT projects and departmental needs.
- Work closely with departmental heads to align IT strategies with business objectives.
- Generate and analyze performance reports for operating systems to support informed decision-making.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Oversee the management of information technology and computer systems across the organization.
- Regularly audit IT systems and assess outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- Ensure IT system security, implementing measures to protect against breaches and other security threats.
- Develop and enforce IT policies to ensure consistent operations and adherence to best practices.
- Manage and support the IT staff, ensuring they have the resources, training, and guidance needed to perform effectively.
- Monitor IT system performance, quickly identifying and resolving issues.
- Lead problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts across IT systems.
