SAP FI Support Consultant

As a SAP Finance Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and support of the SAP Finance module within the organization. You will work closely with the finance and IT teams to ensure the integrity of financial data, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide user support. Your role will contribute to the overall financial system stability and accuracy, enabling the company to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance & Enhancements:

Monitor the SAP Finance module for system performance, data accuracy, and integrity.
Implement and test system enhancements, updates, and patches to ensure the system remains up-to-date and efficient.
Collaborate with the IT team to customize and configure the SAP Finance module to meet business requirement.

Issue Resolution

Investigate and resolve technical issues related to the SAP Finance module, including data discrepancies, system errors, and user problems.
Provide timely and effective solutions to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

User Support And Training

Provide user support by addressing inquiries, issues, and questions related to the SAP Finance module.
Conduct training sessions to educate users on system functionality, best practices, and new features.

Data Integrity

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data within the SAP Finance module.
Perform regular data validation and reconciliation to identify and rectify discrepancies.

Collaboration

Proactively suggest and implement enhancements that optimize system performance and user experience.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant SAP certifications.
Prior experience (5+ years) working with SAP Finance module, including configuration, maintenance, and support.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
