Purpose Of The Position
The IT Administrator position is to maintain and support systems and networks that enable the companys operational efficiency. Provide technical support and assistance to end users,
including troubleshooting hardware, software and network. Ensuring the effective management, enhancement and administration of IT service delivery and infrastructure. To

Responsibilities
- Assistance with general enquiries through email and telephone, manage all support queries effectively.
- Tracking and documenting support using the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT employees to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist with user equipment set up and provisioning access.
- Install and configure and maintain computer systems, software applications and peripherals.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches and updates.
- System maintenance.
- Updating and maintaining of registers and reports.

- Maintain applications and report issues.
- Ensure support calls are always answered.
