The IT Procurement Administrator performs the day-to-day administration of IT Stock and Asset Management, Office Automation and IT Procurement. This role implements IT Procurement processes and ensures that they are being performed correctly.
The role manages the IT Hardware stock to ensure that there is sufficient stock to meet business needs and that stock is procured within budget. The role processes all purchase orders, receives deliveries, and ensures that the deliveries are correct and complete. The role provides support to PPS office automation users.
Strong organisational and planning skills are important in this role.
