The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT support for all Systems, including desktop, laptop, server etc
- Provide end-user support for all users
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
- Full Setup of Desktop and laptop computers according to the user requirements
- Server Active Directory, DNS, Domain Setup
- VM Setup and Maintenance
- Support of all third party software that the customer may have
- Install and verify correct operation of computer software packages
- Setup of network printing and scanning
- Setup and configuration of routers and wifi
- Monitor network and internet connections
- Ensure back-ups are made
- Liaise with Office and communication providers
Must have relevant qualifications
- 2-5 years’ working experience
- Knowledge and experience of Windows Desktop systems, computer diagnostics and repair techniques, hardware and software
- Knowledge and experience of Desktop and Server hardware, Desktop software applications, incl. MS Office
- Knowledge on HyperV Config and Setup
- Knowledge on office 365 Online Exchange Setup
- Good working knowledge of networks and networking systems
- **Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle**
