We are looking for a mid-level candidate to fulfill the role of an IT support technician in our organisation in Cape Town.
Job responsibilities:
- Desktop and remote support for all users nationally.
- Printer support and management.
- Access control system management.
- Creation of new users accounts, mailboxes and access cards.
- Deactivation of old user accounts, mailboxes and access cards.
- Website development and maintenance.
- Dealing with all IT/system related queries.
- Server Management.
- Reasonable adhoc responsibilities may be assigned where necessary.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12/ Matric.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
