Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software.
- Independently analyse, communicate, and solve technical problems.
- Work with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment.
- Resolve incidents efficiently and work with vendors on technical issues.
- Ensure seamless interconnectivity of desktop computers with diverse systems.
- Collaborate with procurement to purchase hardware and software.
- Internation MCSE, MCSI, or MCITP qualifications.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- MS Certification.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Experience with MacOS support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Experience with anti-virus, printers, and routers.
