Requirements
- Excellent command of the Italian and English language
- Expert level PC literacy skills
- Experience in Call Centre / Travel / Tourism Industries
- Customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Basic Salary: R190 000 per annum
- Monthly Performance bonus (become eligible to earn an additional R2000 monthly)
- Variable earnings: Late Shift allowance, Night Shift allowance, OT (1.5 x normal rate), Sunday Pay (1.5 x normal rate), Public Holidays (2 x normal rate)

- Assisting international passengers with airline related queries and requests relating to their travel in Italian
- Work on renowned airline reservations systems & handle written correspondence and/or inbound calls
