We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager for a stunning restaurant opening in 2019 in the heart of Franschhoek in the Western Cape.
The ideal candidate will be well groomed and experienced in working in a fine dining establishment.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Qualification in Hospitality or F&B Management
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fine dining
• International restaurant experience is advantageous
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Superior attention to detail and service delivery
• Focused on meeting monthly revenue targets
• Maintain all F&B stock item levels
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to up-sell products and services
• Manage all staff relations such as recruitment, probation and annual performance reviews and take appropriate corrective action on IR issues in line with the company’s code of conduct.
