Requirements:
- ServiceNow system administrator certification.
- ITIL Version 3 or 4.
- A minimum of 5-7 IT experience, of which at least 3 years must be in ServiceNow platform.
- To configure, test and deploy ServiceNow modules.
- To provide maintenance and 3rd level support services on all ServiceNow platform to ensure continued availability and performance of the platform.
- To troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis related to ServiceNow platform.
- To manage technology lifecycle on all ServiceNow platform.
- To implement and maintain the governance and security model for the platform as developed by Cyber and Information Security Unit.
- To proactively monitor and report on the availability and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
- To provide periodic reports on the health, usage, performance, lifecycle status of the platform.
- To develop, maintain and document technical standards, procedures, user guides, SOPs, instructional documents etc. relating to the ServiceNow platform according to best practice to ensure continuity.
- To collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements; configure workflows, forms, and reports to meet their needs.
- To remediate security vulnerabilities identified on the platform.
- To stay abreast of new development in ServiceNow.
