Intellimali, a rapidly growing company in the southern suburbs, Cape Town, is looking for a junior to mid Java developer to complement our small team of developers.
Job requirements:
- This individual must be able to work independently, complete tasks accurately using their own initiative and develop a code that is as bug free as possible.
- Ability to communicate well in English
- Obtained a computer science degree or equivalent
- Has 2-5 years Java web application development experience
- Possess very good analytical & problem solving skills
- OO Analysis, Design Patterns and Programming Techniques
- fExperience with Java
- Experience in SQL – MySQL preferred
- Have knowledge XML and XSD
- Web Services knowledge
- Ability to operate autonomously, and work with initiative
- Experience in Spring, Hibernate, ZK will be advantageous and in C# and SQL Server, most advantageous.
- Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Software design and development in accordance with specifications and agreed timescales
- Development of unit tests
- Documenting items developed and tested
