Job Description
Reporting to the Project Director, you will create impact within our Project management team. We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry.
You'll contribute to the project Operations as part of the Global Project Management team and you will be trained to implement core Project Control processes across a broad range of Jellyfish products.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide support and collaborate with local and international teams
- Develop an understanding of particular Jellyfish Products and how they operate
- Develop an understanding of Jellyfish core tools and important project control processes
- Be reactive to ad-hoc requests and proactive against a structured workflow
- Work responsibly within the hours allocated per client and constantly communicate this with relevant team
- Complete and maintain required certifications
- Independent of planned learning material provided by Jellyfish, extra reading on relevant subject matter including blogs and industry white-papers may be required
- Support our corporate culture including adhering to established ethical and brand standards
- Achieve continuous improvement by proactively assessing Jellyfish's practices and methods
- Regularly demonstrate measurable success
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's products and services
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills is essential
- Demonstrated expertise in an organised approach with an appreciation for core Project Management practices
- Structured and systematic working habits, with the ability to cope with competing demands and to arrange tasks by significance
- Skills using Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- High-level accuracy to detail and pride in any work produced
