Dealership Accountant/FM

Dealership Accountant/ FM - Johannesburg North, Gauteng A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dealership Accountant at a Dealership based in Johannesburg North.

Requirements

• At least 3 years working experience at dealership level in the automotive industry, either as Accountant or Financial Manager
• Experience working on Evolve, Automate, Kerridge or Autoline
• Clear criminal record and credit record
• Must be able to work without supervision
• Dynamic individual, quick thinker, confident, innovative and hard worker

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Daily banking, cash flow
• Check debtors cash sales Wip on a daily basis
• Month end Journals
• Prepare monthly recons
• Daily DOC
• Process all fleet claims and other invoices and credit notes from OEM
• Assist DP with management daily, operating and annual financial reports to OEM or dealership management in terms of franchise agreement
• Control fixed assets and follow up on outstanding vehicle debtors
• Report and prepare financial statements
