Branch Manager - Pretoria

As a Sales Leadership Expert/Branch Manager, your main focus will be:
- Managing and running the Pretoria branch profitably
- Development and growth of income and business in the Pretoria/Gauteng area

- Manage income
- Set annual budgets and manage branch within these budgets
- Draw up annual branch business plan
- Implement Best Practice processes and procedures and ensure adherence thereof
- Manage and measure the minimum standards as set for the Pretoria office
- Hold regular meetings between the company and suppliers
- Set and manage New Business targets
- Constantly build relationships between client, suppliers and the company
- Establish yearly training plan for the staff
- Collate and reconcile all management information lost business, new business, claims, cash, flash, variance reporting etc.
- Provide management information / reports as and when required
- Attend and contribute to various branch managers conferences and contact training schools
- Take part and contribute to various projects that take place during the year
- Manage credit control within the required standards
- Minimum 10 years appropriate experience in short term insurance, sales and client service delivery function
- Matric, relevant formal qualification and AIISA (or similar)
- Must be FAIS compliant
- Must have passed Regulatory Exams level 1
- Must be fluent in English and Fluency in Afrikaans will be an added advantage
