We're looking for a Business Analyst (Sales Administration) to join our team at our Cape Town head office, where we operate a hybrid workplace (see more about hybrid work at ooba: https://careers.ooba.co.za/hybrid-work/).
The purpose of this role is to partner with the shared services head in a trusted advisor capacity, with the aim to: understand and clarify the business intentions, motivations and objectives of our Sales Administration department, through a process of dialogue, debate and modelling. Then document these as a set of business processes and rules, clearly reflecting the various business entities, their make-up, relationships and means of engagement. In respect of information delivery, the BA is responsible for ensuring that there are consistent definitions for business entities and that all the rules associated with each business process are clearly documented, published and understood. The BA will define the reporting requirements and ensure delivery of these.
Essential candidate criteria includes: 2+ years relevant experience in a similar role; strong Documentation experience; Business Process Modelling exp'; as well as strong business and financial acumen.
