Job Summary:
Our clients require a talented Business Analyst who has strong skills in creating blueprint designs, mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating business requirements into visual and functional designs, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Create detailed blueprint designs to outline system functionalities and workflows.
- Develop mock-ups and wireframes to visualize user interfaces and interactions.
- Use Figma to create interactive prototypes that demonstrate the user experience.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure alignment of design and functionality.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Assist in project planning, timeline estimation, and progress tracking.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in design and prototyping tools.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on design and prototyping.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, functional designs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
