What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the design and implementation of products and policies, ensuring smooth setup and functionality.
- Collaborate with customer success managers and developers on both new and ongoing projects.
- Define test cases and oversee testing to verify product setup and ensure everything works as expected.
- Understand and communicate functional capabilities to relevant teams, with a high-level grasp of supporting code.
- Take charge of configuration tasks, ensuring any changes align with business needs and processes.
- Identify gaps in current offerings, propose new business solutions, and contribute to product improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and future development.
- Provide training and support to teams, working closely with stakeholders and external partners like auditors and actuaries.
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role, composing requirement specifications for information systems.
- Knowledge of the development lifecycle, including experience with testing and training.
- Familiarity with UML terminology, especially use-cases and activity diagrams.
