What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for administrative duties and providing support to achieve our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to profitability, expense management, and business model pivoting.
Your Day-to-day Tasks Will Include
- Crafting financial models for scenario planning, helping us stay ahead of the game.
- Assisting in analysing volume-related expenses to optimise our operations.
- Preparing executive summary reports (Management Reports) to keep everyone informed.
- Tackling ad-hoc admin tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency.
Working closely with department heads, you'll dive into:
- Analyzing service provider expenses, including print, benefits, and digital platforms.
- Evaluating print vs. digital magazine sales tipping points, ensuring we're at the cutting edge.
- Collaborating on financial modeling to make informed decisions.
- Assessing the profitability of our digital magazines, driving our success forward.
- Coordinating with the finance department on profit allocation, playing a vital role in our financial health.
- Exploring portfolio remodelling scenarios to prepare for any challenges that may come our way.
- Upholding exceptional internal service standards and continuously seeking ways to improve.
- A passion for business and analytical thinking.
- A Relevant Business Degree or equivalent Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel), because you'll be a wizard with data.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills to share your insights effectively.
- Sharp analytical skills, sound judgment, and a knack for creative problem-solving.
