Educational Recommendations
Currently a candidate for Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Business & Management or Finance.
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field will be preferable.
What You Will Learn And Contribute To
As part of our team, you will:
- Research and develop cloud operations best practices along the dimensions of process, roles, platforms/tools, and metrics/reporting.
- Working with a senior team member, you will design, analyse, and improve operations processes, e.g., Trouble-to-Resolve, Order-to-Accept, Concept-to-Launch, and Measure-to-Improve
- Working with a senior member, you will research markets and assess opportunities for new services development, as well as design go-to-market campaigns
- Author reports, presentations, and white papers
- Create dashboards and visualisation using tools such as Power BI, and excel based models for financial analysis

You have:
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude, and self-learning abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Telco and cloud understanding or experience
