What will you do?
The Business Development Coordinator will assist the Business Development Manager (Middle Market) in positioning and marketing Sanlam and Glaciers Investment Solution Set via the various distribution channels in SPF. This is a national role however the position is based in Pretoria.

What will make you successful in this role?
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Business Development Co-ordinator:
- Technical Administration support to Business Development Manager.
- Education of internal and external stakeholders on related subject matter.
- Planning, collaborating, and executing with HQ and Regional Marketing teams on marketing | training and educational interventions.
- Guidance on new business procedures when processing Single Premium business.
- Voluntary and Compulsory Single Premium business support
- Technical Assistance on Single Premium Products and quotations, application forms/administration etc.
- Technical support on GEPF calculations and proposals
- Technical support on preparation of administrative processes for GEPF business
- Support on preparation of GEPF transfer letters for intermediaries containing technical info such as: FSB and SARS numbers, contact details etc.
- Assistance and support to intermediaries and travel into
- Traveling into the regions on a regular basis
- Assistance in follow ups for money from GEPF to Sanlam
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role within the investment / traditional life investment industry
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Preference will be given to candidates with a financial services related qualification on an NQF5 level or higher
- Exposure to traditional life products, public sector and government employee pension fund administration
- Valid Drivers License and own reliable vehicle
