Job Purpose
Lead the Business Development team in planning, developing and implementing commercialstrategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal of supporting theacceleration of sustainable growth.
Commercial Executive to add value to the companys growth activities by identifying newcommercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. The individual will keep abreast oftrends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to senior management.

Qualifications
B-Degree plus Post Graduate qualifications.
Experience
At least 5 years in a Senior Commercial Management role in the Freight Forwarding, CustomsClearing and Contract Logistics industry.
Proven track record in leading Commercial teams focussed on customer retention, new salesgrowth, and product development in the International Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearingand Contract Logistics industry.
Customer contracts.
Corporate Branding And Marketing Experience Are Required.
Competencies
Solid working knowledge of global supply chain solutions development in International FreightForwarding, Customs Clearing, and Contract Logistics.
Extensive knowledge of sales, business development and planning to achieve the companysannual growth targets.
Thorough knowledge of the International Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearing operations, regulations, and legislations impacting the industry.
Extensive knowledge in managing tenders, RFQs/ RFIs/RFPs.
Customer relationship management and how and where to extend the Companys productsand services.
Understanding of cost and revenue drivers and rate structures.
Understanding legal and contractual terms and liabilities.
