We are seeking a Business Development Assistant to play a pivotal role in the company's expansion. Within this newly created role your core focus will be speaking with our established client base, lead generating, arranging meetings, and touching base with existing clients to ensure relationships are built and continued. This is not a recruitment consultant role; this is purely focused on client communication and is ideal for someone who is used to working in telephone-based environment where you will be speaking with existing and prospective clients exclusively.
Requirements Client Engagement:
- Conduct outbound calls for a minimum of 3 hours a day to the existing client base to win new business.
- Understand client requirements, challenges, and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Provide updates on the latest industry trends and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to explore new business development avenues.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for client engagement and revenue generation.
- Arrange meetings with IT, Engineering and Accountancy clients to establish current and future contract and permanent roles.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team for adapting strategies based on market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using our CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on call performance, client feedback, and business development metrics.
