Our client, a well-established company within the FMCG sector is looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join their team on a fixed term contract basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Internal telephonic sales
- Accurate capturing of orders (electronic and telephonic)
- Capitalize on any opportunity to sell the companys products
- Achieve and maintain weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide product knowledge to customers
- Develop and maintain sound relationships with internal and external customers
- Conduct outbound sales campaigns
- Maintain the Call Center's SLAs
- Ensure adherence to all Company credit and sales policies
- Ensure that all queries are followed up on timeously
- Identifying opportunities that exist with customers and reporting on these opportunities
- Grade 12
- 1 2 years experience working within a Call Centre environment
- Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook) and SAP (beneficial)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative skills high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to close sales
- Target driven
