Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the financial team
- Review, assess, implement, working capital optimisation, treasury management
- Lead all financial functions
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organisations operations
- Ensure commercial development and decision making are supported
- Support compliance efforts and help manage risk at company level
- Support on investment strategies and on organisations fundraising plans and capital structure
- Drive automation of key processes
- Ensure optimal and compliant group and intra-company structures
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets
- CA(SA) - Mandatory
- Minimum 10 years experience, ideally in a high transactional volumes industry
- Experience within the payments space will be advantages
- Understand foreign exchange and real-time cross-border payments experience
