Job Details
- Interact with clients on site to meet requirements of a solution, implementation and support
- Escalate unresolved and complex problems and issues to the relevant vendor or to the internal team you will be part of
- Respond to escalated client requests and support client applications to a second line resolution
- Experience on creating As-built documents
- Compile Wireless surveys with handovers to L2 for Survey reports
- Follow documentation on standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes
- Expected to take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization
- Good understanding and appreciation of technical design and business principles
- Good project skills which are demonstrated in the execution of installations and other assignments
- Demonstrate customer engagement and client centricity focus as a well-presented professional individual
- Excellent grasping of working in datacentres, racking, and cabling
- Standby rotation for support services and after-hours work on projects will be required
- Able to travel with in the region based into client sites
- Ability to travel Nationally if required for short periods
- Solid work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role
- Excellent project engagement skills
- Experienced Implementation record with references
- Physically fit, a lot of walking required for site surveys
- CCNA Wireless LAN - Minimum 5 years
- Experience beneficial deploying Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs)
- Experience beneficial using wireless survey tools (Eukahau)
- LAN Switching, Wireless, WAN protocols. IP Routing protocols
