Job Details

Interact with clients on site to meet requirements of a solution, implementation and support
Escalate unresolved and complex problems and issues to the relevant vendor or to the internal team you will be part of
Respond to escalated client requests and support client applications to a second line resolution
Experience on creating As-built documents
Compile Wireless surveys with handovers to L2 for Survey reports
Follow documentation on standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes
Expected to take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization
Good understanding and appreciation of technical design and business principles
Good project skills which are demonstrated in the execution of installations and other assignments
Demonstrate customer engagement and client centricity focus as a well-presented professional individual
Excellent grasping of working in datacentres, racking, and cabling
Standby rotation for support services and after-hours work on projects will be required
Able to travel with in the region based into client sites
Ability to travel Nationally if required for short periods
Solid work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role
Excellent project engagement skills
Experienced Implementation record with references
Physically fit, a lot of walking required for site surveys
