CBRE Data Centre Overview
CBRE manages the maintenance of Data Centres and is committed to the provision of an efficient and
effective critical engineering maintenance service. The primary function is to ensure 100% uptime of
engineering services to ensure there is zero impact to the clients business operations.
Role Overview
- Responsible to routine cleaning of plant rooms.
- Adhoc request within duties and follow routine cleaning programme.
- Responsible for routine and adhoc non-intrusive Whitespace spot cleaning.
- Required to respond to Adhoc Handyman task within scope.
- Escort visitors / suppliers are required and as per site requirements
- Responsible to report any concerns to impact service delivery or that increase their scope and ability to
- maintain best practice
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field.
- Previous experience working in a similar building environment/business.
- Prefer experience relevant experience within the Data Centre
The Data Centre sites operate on a 24/7 basis; as such incumbents may be required to respond operational
requirements in line with functional responsibilities. Furthermore, due to the nature of the position and
operational requirements of the company incumbents will be required to working according to a Shift Roster,
details of which will be communicated by the Management Team.
