This person will be in charge of all cleaners and hygiene factors.
DUTIES OF EMPLOYEE
- Ensuring that the Company's cleaning clients' requirements and interests are attended to at all times
- Ensuring all staff uniforms and protective clothing are neat, clean, and tidy at all times
- Ensuring all team members have the necessary PPE
- Ensuring that the supply of chemicals and equipment is adequate
- Attending to clients' complaints and resolving of these
- Controlling staffing ie sick and annual leave
- Doing staffing allocation for all jobs
- Doing and submitting time sheets
- Invoicing of clients
- Promote ongoing good relationships with both clients and members of staff
- Drafting quotations
- Client retention and growth
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Any ad-hoc tasks that may required by the company
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be computer literate
- Speaking Xhosa would be advantageous
