The Opportunity:
Dive into the investment sector with the role of Investment Client Experience Administrator. This position is an excellent entry point into the asset management industry, offering a comprehensive understanding of how our business operates. Reporting to the User Engagement Lead, Lindelwa Skenjana, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and resolutions to our clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding the 10X product and service suite.

Your Role:
  • Client Interaction and Experience Management:
  • Professionally manage client interactions across multiple channels, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
  • Educate clients to minimize repeat inquiries, maintaining a commitment to "first-call resolution."
  • Handle complaints, provide suitable solutions, and conduct follow-ups to guarantee resolution.
  • Process and Administration Management:
  • Offer high-quality service in various areas, including account inquiries, payments, and claims, while balancing company policies with client satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to positively impact the client experience.
  • Use IT systems effectively for accurate client solutions and documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance:
  • Follow Quality Assurance guidelines in client interactions to enhance first-call resolution.
  • Achieve productivity targets in line with 10X objectives and key results.
  • Teamwork:
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and skills development.
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Bachelors degree, with a preference for investment-related fields.
